Understudy is a collaborative dining experience created by two chefs, passionate about developing their craft through direct engagement with guests.

Our concept centers around intimate tasting-menu events hosted in restaurants, event spaces, and other culinary venues. Menus change frequently and are driven by seasonal ingredients, local sourcing opportunities, and our evolving culinary interests.

The name "Understudy" reflects our belief that great chefs are lifelong students. As we continue learning and refining our skills, we invite guests to join us on that journey.
